Image posting project

a. edit submissions
b. post new pages (pages can have as many images as needed)
c. inserts images, videos, and text into our customized templates using includes or something.
d. edit images size and watermark automatically or with different presets.
e. edit deny comments and submissions

2. User posts images or videos (doesn't require login)
3. User can post comments.
4. user can vote and is tracked by IP
5. User page next/previous to see submissions before and after.
6. Should be done in PHP or HTML or whatever similar formula.
7. And all the info on the paper and notes previously sent.

Yes, you can install it on our site, but I might have to give you instructions. It's C-Panle server and it doesn't work the same as a regular server, because it is shared.
